CalibrX is the leading Salesforce recruitment agency in Australia, and we are partnering with a luxury manufacturing organisation in Sydney client as they look to bring in a Salesforce CPQ Administrator into the business.
As a Salesforce customer, they are embarking on a brand new CPQ implementation and looking for an individual with experience on Salesforce CPQ and knowledge on supply chain and inventory to take ownership of the platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce CPQ administrator role, with a proven track record of success in configuring and managing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of CPQ processes and the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Salesforce CPQ Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for configuring, managing, and optimizing our Salesforce CPQ platform. Your role is pivotal in enhancing sales operations, improving pricing accuracy, creating accurate quotes and orders, updating products and bundles, and ultimately driving revenue growth through efficient quote-to-cash processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configure, manage, and optimize the Salesforce CPQ application, including product rules, pricing, and quote templates, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy in the sales quoting process.
  • Implement product setups in CPQ, including bundle configurations and updates to multi-currency pricing across all brands.
  • Administer CPQ settings such as currency rates, shipping costs, duties, and adjustment rates for warehouse levies to refine price computations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce CPQ users, ensuring they can leverage the system effectively. Address any issues or concerns to minimize downtime and maintain user satisfaction.
  • Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce CPQ, utilizing analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay abreast of new Salesforce CPQ features and updates, recommending and implementing improvements to processes and systems that can enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
