Description:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience architecting and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions for enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration, including pricing methodologies, product catalog management, and quoting processes.
Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with other systems, such as ERP and CRM platforms
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Strong programming and debugging skills
- Proven experience in a leadership role, including project and/or team management
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Proven ability to lead and deliver software projects effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training a plus
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $131,300 - $243,800.
