JOB TITLE: SALESFORCE DATA CLOUD DEVELOPER-ENHANCE & OPERATE

We’re looking for individuals who have Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud or similar platforms and are passionate about customer data. The ideal candidate has a desire for continuous professional growth, skilled declarative, and back-end development who can develop complex, end-to-end Data Cloud integrations from data ingestion, segment creation, and activation; all while working alongside both our clients and other delivery disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing technical solutions comprising data ingestion, transformation and modeling, identity resolution setup, calculated insight configuration, segment creation, segment activation, and support procedures
  • Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking, helping align with best practices integrate to customer success.
  • Provide day-to-day communications with project team and client via preferred communication channel (Email, JIRA, GSuite, Microsoft Notes etc.)
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve the data discrepancies
  • Experience with estimating client work, uncovering the dependencies.
  • Experience with Salesforce Core Platform along with understanding of operational platforms, Cloud (ex: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and data platforms (ex: Snowflake, Data Cloud), robust database modeling and data governance is a plus.
