Job Title: Salesforce Developer, Application Support

Work Model: Hybrid Work Model
Salary Band: 6 ($64,000 - $96,000 CAD)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University Degree in computer engineering, IT or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Previous 3-5 years’ work experience in Salesforce related technical support.
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce is required; Saleforce.com Administration certification, Salesforce Platform Developer are required.
  • Experience with databases and data management is required; intermediate knowledge of ETL tools and SQL is an asset.
  • Experience with SOQL is required.
  • Experience with one of Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud is required.
  • Experience with Apex (or Java) and LWC is required; experience with APIs, AMPscript or HTML is preferred.
  • Strong written, analytical, organizational, planning and communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills, including Excel, MS Access and Word is required.
  • Works effectively on independent projects and within a small team environment.
  • Bilingualism is an asset
