We are seeking a Lead Salesforce developer with experience in building automated customer service solutions using Salesforce’s AI-driven Einstein Bot technology. In this role, you will apply solid understanding of machine learning and natural language processing to develop chatbots that enhance customer experience and improve service delivery times.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop functional bot capabilities.
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Einstein Bots to automate customer service processes and improve response times.
- Implement natural language processing tools to enhance the bot’s understanding and interaction.
- Manage integrations with Salesforce and third-party applications to extend chatbot functionality.
- Customize and maintain existing Salesforce applications and ensure seamless functionality with new bot deployments.
- Monitor bot performance and make adjustments based on user feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and Einstein AI developments to leverage new tools and features.
- Document all phases of bot development including design, testing, and deployment.
Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust security clearance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills and working within aggressive project schedules.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce features, functionalities, and architecture.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development.
- Experience working with Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework.
- Experience with JavaScript and web development technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, especially as implemented on the Salesforce platform.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Salesforce Developer Certification is highly desirable.
