Description:
The role
- Design, develop, test and implement custom solutions in line with business requirements.
- Use modern development techniques including where possible AI and other tools
- Ensure that developments are carried out in accordance with established Company IT procedures and standards & ensuring technical standards are met (code/peer reviews).
- Provision of 2nd line support to production Salesforce platform and workflows including enhancements and deployments.
- Working independently and taking ownership of development ensuring the correct business outcome is achieved.
- Supporting the wider team and technical design support.
The candidate
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certification in Platform Dev I & II, System Administrator, Platform Builder.
Knowledge / Experience:
Essential
- Solid Salesforce experience with demonstrated track record of success.
- Experience with CRM Analytics
- Experience building integrations between Salesforce and MuleSoft, or other Enterprise systems.
- Experience creating user focused solutions that are designed with long term maintainability and scalability.
- Solid understanding of administering Salesforce and developing using declarative tools and custom code.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels.
- Capable of responding to a fast-paced environment and able to work multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing complex data migration and transformation.
- Financial services experience.
- Agile delivery experience.
Desirable, but not essential
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Solid skills in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apex, LWC, Omnistudio.
- Solid understanding of the implementation and development of custom Communities.
- Experience with Test Automation methods.
- Experience in mobile development (iOS or Android).
- Experience in Salesforce Reporting / Dashboards
