• Design and develop enterprise-grade Salesforce applications.
• Build and optimize declarative systems (flows, layouts, apps, etc.) in Salesforce and recommend programmatic solutions when necessary.
• Build and implement integrations using iPaas solutions as well as custom SOAP/REST APIs.
• Implement robust change management practices, including managing deployment schedules, conducting thorough testing, and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and customer support to develop solutions that address a broad range of operational needs.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with industry regulations through proper Salesforce configuration and security settings.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance existing solutions and explore innovative uses of AI for business systems to drive productivity.
• Adhere to technical standards and scalability.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce, AI and business systems advancements and technology trends, continuously evolving your skillset and sharing knowledge with the team
