We are a global financial services group operating in 34 markets and with 54 years of unbroken profitability. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.
What role you will play?

You will draw from a deep and broad technical expertise to mentor engineers, dive deep into technical problems, and provide leadership on complex technology issues in the company. While you may possess deep technical skills, you will spend the majority of your time building great software by directing and managing your engineers who you work with.

What you offer

  • Relevant experience managing software engineering teams working on Salesforce.
  • Strong technical background in one or more modern technologies such as Salesforce, Apex, JavaScript, API development and cloud based integration
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with proven success at delivering complex engineering initiatives.

  • Experience in producing high code quality, testing and security standards
  • Previous experience in reliability and uptime of applications
  • Previous experience in incident management and running of incident post-mortems and ensuring any actions are completed to ensure the applications are improving over time.

We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you’re excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
