WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum 7 years ’ experience in designing salesforce core (sales & service) solutions, with the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) is mandatory
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder/Developer, and/or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are preferred
• Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and the development team
• Proven ability to work as design authority throughout the program lifecycle including discovery, design, build and testing
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, is a bonus
• Proven experience designing integrations of Salesforce with other platforms
• Desirable:
• Experience in service design / UX design
• Desire to move towards more full-stack development as a career direction
  In addition, the role will take on some additional technical responsibilities within the product engineering team that this role sits in.

This is an exciting role for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to help us on our mission to implement Salesforce and consolidate our internal systems at EstimateOne. This role will see you acting as a Salesforce expert and help to bridge the gap between various stakeholders and our technical teams, ensuring that our Salesforce solution delivers against business goals and user needs.
Our Sales, Customer Success and Customer Experience teams are critical levers for customer retention and growth at EstimateOne. They are responsible equally for growing revenue through sales and retaining our existing customer base through renewals and engagement activities.
This role is about supporting those outcomes through ensuring the CRM tooling, specifically Salesforce is optimally configured to support our global and growing customer base.
As the in-house Salesforce Specialist, you will have end-to-end responsibility for our Salesforce platform. You will understand business requirements, conduct technical analysis, and design, build, and implement custom Salesforce solutions that align with our organisational goals. You will be the foremost Subject matter expert on Salesforce in the business, and work with both customer teams and other technical teams to both provide guidance on best practices and also execute and configure as needed.
This role would appeal to a detail-oriented systems thinker, who gets deep satisfaction with both coming up with process improvements and executing them to create value for our internal teams and drive efficiency in the business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring Salesforce environments. They will also be confident to lead the collection of business requirements and translate business requirements into workflows. You have experience in working with developers and are familiar with Agile methodologies, to support collaboration with other technical teams.
