We are looking for a Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our Operations Team. This role supports our external clients before, during and after the implementation process. This role will be managing multiple complex tasks while maintaining engagement with our internal team and clients in a professional and punctual manner. The Salesforce Implementation Specialist defines and executes delivery and implementation plans and can test and troubleshoot final systems. In this role you will be providing end user training during and after the implementation process while working closely with Anvil App Works team members.
This role primarily focuses on a suite of software applications that combines marketing, sales, inventory, service, and order processing for dealership customers, in one single platform.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-4 years related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce Business Analyst Certification is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Equipment dealership experience is a bonus
• Strong business sense and industry expertise

• Lead several implementation projects while providing great service and professionalism
• Product Expert from both a business and technical standpoint
• Translate customer business requirements and use cases into detailed configuration designs, and identify areas of complexity and propose solutions
• Act as a consultant to clients
• Work on multiple and complex tasks
• Take ownership and follow through on client issues until resolved
• Work closely with your coworkers to advocate for the customer to help drive improvements
• Other duties as assigned
