Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, providing technical guidance and mentorship
  • Foster an innovative and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Elaborate business requirements, design solutions, model and implement SFDC processes & systems in coordination with stakeholders
  • Collaboration in the further development of the CRM strategy and optimization of the CRM functionalities processes in close cooperation with end users and our partners
  • Responsible for supplier management and procurement
  • Support and further development of the Salesforce interfaces
  • Creation of Salesforce flows and workflows
  • Maintain data to allow for 360-degree view of customer
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted Marketing & Sales activities
  • Assist in the definition, documentation, and implementation of CRM-related policies and procedures
  • Coordination of the roll-out of prioritised CRM projects to end users, training users on CRM applications, and providing ongoing support to CRM users
  • Create functional documentation during the implementation phase as well as support in documenting the status quo
