HYBRID/IN OFFICE: WE ARE HYBRID BUT THERE ARE EXPECTATIONS THAT IF YOUR TEAM LEADER REQUIRES YOU ONSITE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO MEET THOSE EXPECTATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $84,000 to $103,000. In addition, there is potential for a 8% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

• Documenting, testing and building Journeys, Emails, Campaigns, Data Extensions and other requirements and configuration needs the client may have.
• Support the collection of requirements, issue logging, and supportive documentation
• Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking, helping align with best practices integral to the project’s success.
• Provide day-to-day communication with Slalom project team and client via preferred communication channel (Email, JIRA, GSuite, Microsoft Notes, etc)
