Description:
- Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud Connect, and Analytics Builder.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- Utilize server-side JavaScripting for custom scripting and automation within the Marketing Cloud environment.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Optimize and personalize customer journeys through Journey Builder to achieve marketing objectives.
- Provide expertise in Marketing Cloud best practices and standards, including analytics and reporting within Analytics Builder.
