Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Specialist is responsible for executing automation projects that improve conversion, retention, and revenue in a multichannel environment.
As an expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and reporting to the Head of CRM Orchestration, you will collaborate closely with our in-house architects and data engineers to enhance the performance optimisation of Pepperstone’s automation campaigns throughout the client lifecycle.

AS OUR SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD AUTOMATION SPECIALIST, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Support the Head of CRM Orchestration’s client communication strategy through the design, development, and execution of journeys within our automation platform - Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Be the subject matter expert and evangelist on Salesforce Marketing Cloud - particularly Journey Builder
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customer journey maps and persona segmentations.
  • Responsible for performance optimisation of Pepperstone’s automation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Share and build internal knowledge and skills in platforms and journey design, enabling our team of CRM specialists
  • Own and be a subject matter expert for development of thorough QA test plans and effective bug/issue resolution
  • Maintenance and optimisation of programs and journeys to ensure optimal performance
