SKILL REQUIREMENT:

  • Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud (Email Marketing, Journey Builder and AmpScripts)
  • Strong Techno-Functional knowledge on the Salesforce working in an integrated CRM ecosystem
  • Good Customer interfacing and Communication skills
  • Ability to attend and understand Requirement Workshops with the customer and provide SFDC solutions on Salesforce

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

ROLE REQUIREMENT

  • Plan & conduct requirement analysis workshops to develop project / program Backlog.
  • Document epics & user stories with wireframes & acceptance criteria
  • Accountable for the delivery of a functional specification that business team signs off to and development teams use as the baseline for technical specifications.
  • Development of process flows that reflect business As-Is and To-Be requirements.
  • Incorporation of existing IT or business risks or open problem tickets into the design of the new solution.
  • Support development & test teams during estimation, development & testing phases
  • Own the initial sign off the development activities in SIT meet the expected business requirements.
  • Conduct show & tell session after each development phase.
  • Support Business User acceptance testing & defects triage process.
  • Support Hyper care phase post go-live.
  • As required adapt or produce an LTA for the project and own any resulting risk findings to resolution.
  • Understand end to end business process and workflows from a business or from a functional perspective.
  • Based on business requirements provided by business analyst, provide deep technical expertise on how to realize requirements, or what adaptations would be required to existing landscape
  • Able to take business requirements and map them technically to a system environment, to create a technical specification to the development team.
  • Understanding of existing system code and how it functions and how it interacts with other enterprise systems.
  • Work with the development lead and solution architect to highlight any new techniques and plugins that would help make process more efficient also to ensure best practice is shared and validated.
  • Proactive in gaining industry insights for the responsible technology platform and bringing them to the attention of the team.
  • First point of contact for any problem ticket actions or risks that are created for their environment.
  • Assist the developers with the creation of technical specifications for project work.
