Le rôle d’architecte de solutions sur la plateforme Salesforce sera chargé de concevoir et de mettre en œuvre des solutions personnalisées sur la plateforme Salesforce pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des clients ou des organisations. Les responsabilités incluent le soutien lors de la découverte, la conception de solutions techniques, le leadership des équipes de développement et la garantie de la qualité des mises en œuvre Salesforce. Ce rôle nécessite une expertise approfondie dans la configuration, la personnalisation et l’intégration de Salesforce, ainsi que de solides compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes. Un architecte de solutions Salesforce réussi collabore étroitement avec les clients et les parties prenantes pour fournir des solutions évolutives et performantes qui sont alignées sur les objectifs commerciaux.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. This involves understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical designs.
  • Salesforce Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, project managers, developers, and administrators to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  • Solution Documentation: Create comprehensive solution documentation including technical design documents, data models, and integration architecture diagrams.
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Best Practices: Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Advocate for and enforce best practices in Salesforce development and configuration.
  • Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and present proposed solutions. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards
