We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Analyst - Remote Canada role.
As a Salesforce Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting customer data to uncover needs and opportunities. This position involves working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional Agile teams-including engineers and designers-to influence product strategies and ensure successful outcomes. Your insights will directly contribute to the development and refinement of products and services that meet both customer and business objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.
5+ years experience in Product Analyst role in a technical environment.
5+ years working in a Salesforce Environment.
5+ years of analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across multiple teams.
Problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for identifying trends and extracting meaningful insights from vast data sets.
Strong understanding of both business and technical requirements.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage dependencies effectively.
Requirements gathering & use case documentation Epics, User Stories, & Acceptance Criteria
Product Roadmap Backlog & Work Item Prioritization, Release planning, Product Demos.
