Salesforce Product Owner – creating a real impact through CRM development

Take centre stage within our Salesforce CRM programme
Anchored in Digital, Data & IT, you will be joining our CRM & Commercial Solutions organisation, more specifically the CRM Business & Delivery team. Here, you will work alongside a group of competent and high-performing product owners and technical experts in an agile environment.
Working closely together with the business, we utilize customer insights to develop our global CRM platform. Our focus is on crafting intuitive and user-friendly solutions for our sales reps and call teams to better be able to serve our customers every day.

Enable seamless, high-quality customer interactions
As our new product owner, you will be part of driving our development efforts, translating business requirements into new solutions that can enable seamless, high-quality customer interactions. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from across the global commercial organisation to understand their business needs and subsequently work with the technical teams to define solution design and initiate development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Commercial or IT bachelor’s or master’s degree
3+ years of experience working as a product owner or within IT-related project management
Experience developing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com) is considered an asset
Solid stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills
Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
Speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a prerequisite
