JOB DESCRIPTION:

Group Retirement Services (GRS) is looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to complete the CRM migration for the Client Solution Center (CSC) and to lead the perpetual evolution of our CRM (Salesforce). The perfect candidate for this impactful role is passionate about technology and has experience in an agile environment. It’s someone who see possibilities instead of limitations, and who lead by example through passion, clear communication and collaboration. As a Product Owner, your role will be to deliver on key Salesforces initiatives, create the product roadmap and define the longer-term strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Create the GRS CRM (Salesforce) roadmap and define the strategic vision based on the overall organization’s vision.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (leadership, business, pod, Salesforce CEO, integration teams, architects) to ensure alignment on the vision and delivery.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
  • Socialize priorities and provide status updates to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Complete the CSC migration to Salesforce (key objective for 2024).
  • Manage the implementation process, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and resolving dependencies to keep projects on schedule.
  • Facilitate release planning and demos with stakeholders to obtain feedback and showcase progress.
  • Be accountable for product-specific OKRs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
