SPAR is looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Owner for one of our client engagements. The Salesforce Product Owner will work with stakeholders, partners, and the Digital Transformation team leadership to support the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business or Computer Science
  • 8+ years of experience in software development life cycle
  • Experience supporting enterprise business application management and development
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner/Product Manager or Salesforce Consultant roles
  • Experience communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, defining business requirements, and creating detailed system/functional design documents
  • Strong technical skills and business acumen, ability to solve complex problems and offer new perspectives
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with JIRA, agile methodologies and scrum practices
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • 2+ years of consulting experience preferred
  • Experience or exposure to healthcare domain preferred
  • Salesforce Certifications preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end product management process from idea generation, requirements gathering, data analysis, prototyping, and delivery
  • Own and manage the Salesforce product portfolio sprint backlog, ensuring the backlog constantly stays full and appropriately prioritized at all times.
  • Facilitate and lead effective discussions during meetings with stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive Salesforce initiatives
  • Develop user stories, identify acceptance criteria for user stories, and ensure that user stories meet the acceptance criteria.
  • Research solutions and formulate proposals to solve for feature requirements.
  • Act as an SME to inform and drive forward strategic business process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
  • Advise project leads about change impacts to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization that maximize platform value and meet business objectives.
