We seek a passionate and experienced Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead to play a pivotal role in Test Planning, Defect Management and Salesforce Test execution.
As a Salesforce QA Lead, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the customer experience within the Salesforce CRM system, specifically focusing on empowering Contact Centre Consultants. You will have the opportunity to lead the charge in creating and implementing a Quality Planning strategy, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.
This role offers an exciting blend of responsibilities, including collaborating closely with the Product Development team, generating insightful reports and metrics, and identifying and addressing quality assurance process bottlenecks. You will have the chance to dive deep into product quality investigations, propose innovative solutions, and oversee the end-to-end testing process, from Test Planning to Defect Management.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need 5-10 years of experience testing complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem and a strong background in integration testing and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in automated testing of RESTful APIs, familiarity with Atlassian tools, and a passion for continuous improvement are also essential.
