SURE-STAFF HAS AN EXCITING NEW OPENING FOR A SALESFORCE SPECIALIST IN PERRYSBURG, OH. DIRECT HIRE WITH A SALARY RANGE OF $65K-$85K, DEPENDING ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. OUR CLIENT HAS A GREAT, FAMILY-ATMOSPHERE ENVIRONMENT AND IS CONTINUOUSLY GROWING.

POSITION SUMMARY:The Salesforce Specialist will join in the ongoing development of Client’s Salesforce.com deployment. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part data analyst. The Salesforce Specialist will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and development of our CRM platform and all attached applications (Pardot, Maps, S-Docs, etc.). This person will also work as a data analyst cleansing data connections and merging redundant data systems. CORE COMPETENCIES:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and one or more years in development within the Salesforce.com platform. Experience with Apex, Salesforce APIs, AWS, SQL Server, SQL, SOQL, MuleSoft and Pardot are preferred. Must be an individual that is highly effective in process/project management and will have a record of success in improving process and adoption within the Saleforce.com platform. Requires an autonomous, self-motivated individual capable of working within Master Fluid’s vision and mission in close cooperation with Master Fluid Solutions corporate support teams in North America and around the globe.   • Build and manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations while adhering to Salesforce best practices, maintaining code documentation, and writing and maintaining test classes for all custom development.
  • Contribute to the evaluation, scoping, and completion of new development requests.
  • Handle set up and user account maintenance for all regions and other routine tasks.
  • Manage and complete development projects as required.
  • Establish connections between global business systems to support a holistic view of information and data as directed by the Global Salesforce Administrator.
  • Work independently with members of the global user community to define and document enhancement requests and development requirements.
  • Assist in the training of new users and new features and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
  • Assist in system administrator tasks for Salesforce.com as directed by the Global Salesforce Administrator.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare and execute required upgrades as directed by the Global Salesforce Administrator.
  • Assist with maintaining the Salesforce platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases.
