We have an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce System Analyst where they will be providing stable customer ready platforms. The System Analysts support and enable application development to iterate faster through to production and provide out of hours support in resolving incidents on a roster providing high levels of service availability to our customers.
Salesforce Platform stability and health functions, including platform administration
Supporting and improving continuous delivery pipelines
Responding to and managing incidents through to resolution
Managing problem records through to resolution
Managing and actioning changes, collaborating with delivery teams
Continuing to build and develop DevOps and SRE capabilities to support the Salesforce platform and improve ANZ agility

An understanding of incident, change, and problem management processes.
An understanding of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure as Code practices
Passionate about technology
