Job Description

Tasks

• You take responsibility within the self-organized IT DevOps team
• As Development Manager (m/f/d), you’ll work closely with the developers into set the best practice and manage the delivery
• The whole team approaches you as a central contact person to clarify technical inquiries, to craft and understand solutions and to improve them continuously
• You’ll regularly coordinate with domain architects to understand the overall strategic direction and apply it accordingly
• Your task includes also modeling of solutions, application architectures and data models based on functional and non-functional requirements, which you’ll discuss continuously with your product owner
• Crafting the implementation concepts and describing the technical tasks for the team is part of your daily business
• In addition, you’re also the technical consultant (m/f/d) for other solution architects and product owners to craft interfaces to other system components effectively and efficiently
• You’re responsible for the drive the improvements to establish the complete CICD in salesforce ecosystem matching Microservice and web component
• You’ll not only be responsible of the Salesforce platform stability and monitoring, but also to drive the improvements on the Salesforce Platform and interfaces
• You’ll be leading the CoP to setup development and delivery standards catering to the quality standards and take full ownership of the Salesforce Industries and guide the CoP
• On demand you’ll also be supporting the development team as a developer (m/f/d)

Requirements

• You’ve a degree in Computer Science or related fields and have several years of IT expertise in the areas of Salesforce, Salesforce Industry CPQ, CRM (ideally in the telecommunications and media industry)
• Deep knowledge of the native Salesforce features and functionalities and a real knack for crafting solid, scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform distinguishes you
• You’ve proven experience with the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and can demonstrate this through your knowledge of application design, architecture and development with salesforce.com, certifications are desirable
• Knowledge in Media or comms cloud and a strong understanding of the EPC, CPQ and the Digital commerce API are advantageous
• You’ve strong understanding of the Webchat and experience builder for the front-end development
• You can draw on deep experience in leading the Community of Practice in defining best practice guidelines and also have experience in building a strong DevOps team to add value to the support
• Good English language skills are a matter of course for you
