• Understand the full extent of the proposed Salesforce-based solution, integration components, and how they fit into the broader CX and Salesforce architecture.
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions that support our customers’ business requirements and drive their key decisions that improve processes and productivity.
• Select the most appropriate technical components and enablers for your Salesforce deployment.
• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations.
• Design and implement multi-component, multi-cloud solutions and integrations, prepare data for sending to other systems, and process data when it is received.
• Coach and mentor junior technical team members
