Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Technical Writer is a newly created, 8-month Max-Term opportunity in our Customer Project Delivery and Readiness team based at our Perth CBD offices.
The purpose of the role is to deliver quality content for the Salesforce Knowledge Management solution to provide operational support across CBU with an emphasis on change management.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assess business requirements and develop content to ensure accurate processes to support the delivery of customer experience.
  • Review and analyse existing content against future requirements
  • Assist with the documentation of processes to ensure accuracy of processes including compliance requirements.
  • Assist with the analysis of existing KANA content for migration to Salesforce Knowledge
  • Support change for the program delivery
