Description:

Job Title: Salesman
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Salesman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel as needed

Work Environment:
The Salesman will primarily work in an office setting, but may also be required to travel to meet with clients or attend trade shows and industry events. The role may involve occasional weekend or evening work to accommodate customer schedules.
