As a Sampler Reservations Agent you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Call open Vacation Introductory Package (HVIP) guests to verify details, answer questions, and attempt to lock in dates for their open-dated package
  • Coordinate full customer/concierge services to all guests including the selling of tours and activities
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs, according to the standards of professionalism adhered to by the Hilton Corporation
  • Provide complete and accurate information to guests on every telephone call or electronic communication, especially information about tour presentation, accommodations, premiums, upcoming vacations and promotions
  • Complete fulfillment VIP package processing, room reservations, tour booking and charging credit cards
  • Meet minimum production standards for activations
  • Work with Resort Operations to resolve any accommodation issue
  • Ensure the privacy and security of confidential information about our guest and our company
