• Assisting in formulating, analyzing, verifying and consolidating the draft of the budget proposals; in this respect conducting financial analysis and provides proposals to improve efficiency and reducing costs across the business units.
• Assisting in monitoring the approved budget on a continuous basis and participating in the preparation of relevant financial reports.
• Identifying issues and solutions in budgeting reports.
• Drafting correspondence and responding to queries on budget related issues as required, as well as preparing replies to internal and external audit observations relating to the area of responsibility.
• Assisting the preparation of financial statements complying to the official guidelines and requirements.
• Assisting the preparation of budgets or forecasts.
• Ensuring the budget is spent accordingly and is able to be put accountable.
• Help in development of reports for management or regulatory bodies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years related working experience
• Proficiency in Ms. Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, index/Match, etc) and Power Point
• Highly analytical mindset.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude.
• Well-organized and ability to prioritize.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
