SAP Basis Support Consultant

Responsibilities :

(1) Responsible for Support to the Organisation, including;

• SAP HANA database support, and other database management systems.
• System support including IaaS(Infrastructure as a service) such as Azure Cloud.
• On-premise infrastructure support such as OS, server, and storage.
• support Patch, Pack, and Kernel update & upgrade.

(2) Responsible for user management, including user authorization, role-based access controls.
(3) Responsible for system audit, including post implementation audit.

(4) Responsible for system management, including;

• using SAP Solution Manager.
• alert management.
• disaster and recovery management.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma, or Degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology or its related.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience as SAP Basis Administrator in ECC6, BW, ESS, Fiori, S/4 HANA.
• Working experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP System.
• Working experience in SAP HANA cloud is an advantage.
• Ability in scripting language such as Powershell is an advantage.
• Good understanding of SAP System landscape and architecture.
• Good team player.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
