The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Business.
  • Strong business acumen with high aptitude to quickly learn about systems, their respective roles in a given landscape, how they integrate with each other, and how they support our business.
  • Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud or other e-commerce platforms, CRM technology, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in different time zones combined with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead projects from conception to delivery and experience leveraging internal resources to get things done.
  • Experience in business development, marketing, consulting, or as a business analyst, ideally for a high-tech company.
  • Fluent English language skills oral and written.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Position title: SAP CDX iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Marketplace Category Manager

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

As a Category Manager iXp Intern (f/m/d), you will be responsible for managing the digital presence of SAP and partner solutions on the SAP digital marketplace for a given category. You will work closely with the Platform Managers, digital publishing team, and other stakeholders. You are comfortable working with complex systems and understand that the availability and co-existence of SAP products and partner extensions on our digital platforms is essential to our business and a key driver of our efforts. Your main tasks in our team will be:

  • Familiarize yourself with SAP solutions in your category and understand how partner apps extend their capabilities.
  • Help maintain and test commercial availability of SAP solutions in our systems before and after they go live by ensuring transactional requirements are met on the Digital Commerce Platform.
  • Create tickets for product issues in our systems, work with support teams to track their status all the way to resolution.
  • Review partner app submissions for your assigned category and manage communication with key stakeholders to ensure all digital business needs are addressed.
  • Track the performance of products in your category and identify opportunities with the top sellers which can be promoted to generate additional revenue.
  • Monitor performance metrics for your products and come up with ways to improve their digital presence.
  • Enable stakeholders on the capabilities of the Marketplace.
