JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generate, direct, and implement integration projects, actions based on the strategies outlined by our key stakeholders (Supply Chain / Customer Service, Finance).
  • Liaise with internal and external technology stakeholders to design efficient, business-enabling integrations with Heineken.
  • Take up initiatives, implement digitalization projects, which increase the profitability and efficiency of the internal organization.
  • Maintain and continuously develop the technical integrations between Heineken and Stockday.
  • Ensure via change projects that all programs including SAP meet the legal requirements, which are in force, thus reducing the exposure of the company to fines and non-compliance.
  • Drive optimization, process improvements in SAP and local business applications in line with global and local business requirements.
  • Plan and agree with all internal planned integration projects and get approval for an annual IT budget in line with company policies and expectations.
  • Exert strict budget control over the budget allocated to integrations by approving only well justified expenditures whilst not exceeding planned budgets.
  • Implement new integrations using separate environments for development, testing and deployment and create documentation for all solutions created.
  • Schedule work on solutions in Jira to properly manage availability and inform stakeholders accordingly.
  • Communicate status and expectations clearly to customers who are requesting for solutions to be developed.

  • Take technical ownership of existing pool of Heineken - 3rd party business integrations that already are in place and maintain documentation for them.

  • Using ticketing tools like ServiceNow and JIRA

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

  • Experience with ERP system/apps from a functional perspective
  • Finance ERP will be a plus.
  • Junior technical project manager will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of AGILE and IT service management principles will be a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in IT environment, with a focus on ERP systems and applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

The person occupying this role helps create, maintain, and fix electronic integrations (also known as EDI’s) that allow Heineken to do business with clients, distributers, Stockday, partners as well as fulfill legal requirements.
