Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP Concur solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on SAP Concur implementation projects.
• Configure, customize, and test SAP Concur software to meet client needs.
• Provide training to clients on SAP Concur software usage and best practices.
• Work with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP Concur implementation projects.
• Perform system testing, data migration, and integration testing.
• New CR and requirement analysis.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Transform business requirement into functional specifications.
• Stay up to date with SAP Concur technology advancements and incorporate them into project implementations.
• Experience Required 8+ years of project solutions delivery experience in Concur solutions integrated with SAP ERP with experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP Concur
• Knowledge of Concur Applications, configuration capabilities and automation features.
• Understanding of interfaces across enterprise landscapes, such as SAP and MDM, and excellent knowledge of implementation methodologies like Agile and SCRUM.
• Knowledge on Incident Management, Change Management & Problem Management.
• Must have experience in requirement gathering workshops.
• Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge of PI and integration capabilities with Concur, as well as experience in developing Concur reports in Cognos, will be highly beneficial.
• Should have excellent written and Oral communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
