ABOUT THE JOB SAP COMMERCE CLOUD ANALYST
BCTG - SAP Commerce Cloud Analyst
Timezone: EST 9to 6PM EST
Client is looking for a SAP Commerce Cloud Business Analyst to document process flows, convert into use cases, then user stories, convert to requirements, and translate to test scripts.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong Business Analyst background focused in SAP Commerce Cloud
- Engage the business in refining customer experience needs and system requirements / user stories (Agile)
- Understand impacts throughout the integration points in the back-end systems
- Knowledgeable of SAP Commerce cloud (super user, not developer)
- Understands the touchpoints and updates needed for ERP and other interfaces. They don’t need to know the technical aspect of the integration but the functionality.
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences a big plus
