JOB DESCRIPTION-

• 5 - 8 years experience in Concur as a System Analyst with a good understanding of Concur process & and functionality. i.e. Concur administration, Concur Travel, Trip Request and Expenses
• Experienced with at least two or more Concur implementations.
• In the end-to-end implementation, undertaken roles in all key phases from Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live & Support
• Excellent understanding of integration points
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes such as Service Design and service Transition.
• Deliver GAPs collaboration with the Global Process team
• Provide relevant Knowledge Transfer to respective team members.
• Make sure to have good knowledge and understanding of Delivery Service and Deliver Project Processes and be compliant.
• Ensure process compliance and internal processes are followed.
• Analyze the current environment, propose improvements, and execute internal improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by users and develop bug fixes.Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at different levels and roles.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLSET

• Good knowledge of Concur Configuration
• SAP FICO Certification is a plus
• Basic ABAP skills - able to write the program’s specification for the interface is a plus
