FUNCTION:

You are responsible for implementing and/or maintaining SAP HCM solutions. You serve as the point of contact for SAP HCM-related inquiries from the client.
You are accountable for the successful implementation of SAP for clients. In addition to new implementations, you also handle modifications or extensions of implementations.
You customize the modules to meet the client’s needs and provide support in using these modules.
You aim to contribute to the development of the SAP Business within an organization.
You manage communication with clients and strive to enhance processes and procedures related to personnel and organization.
Who are we looking for?
You are fascinated by the HR world and have previous experience as a consultant in SAP HCM.
You are familiar with one or more of the following SAP HCM modules: PA, Time, Payroll, Interfacing.
You are eager to expand your expertise in SAP.
You are service-oriented, enjoy helping people, understand what matters to them, and can convey this to others.
You are quick to learn, take initiative, can independently plan your work, and are solution-oriented.
You are flexible and resilient to stress.
You are a team player, focus on solutions, and take ownership.
Giving and receiving feedback is comfortable for you.
You are bilingual NL/FR. Knowledge of English is a plus.
Availability for at least half-time work.
Available at short notice.
