JOB DESCRIPTION
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting HCM solutions for the company clients. You will work closely with the company clients to understand their business requirements, analyze their current HR processes, and provide tailored SAP solutions to optimize their workforce management.
The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, and a proven track record of successful implementations. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- min 3+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with a focus on implementing and supporting SAP HCM modules (PY / TM)
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules: Time Management, and Payroll
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Experience with system analysis, design, and configuration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a customer-focused mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR business requirements and configure SAP HCM solutions to meet their needs
- Conduct system analysis and design, and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, and actively manage project milestones
- Implement SAP HCM modules, including Time Management, and Payroll
- Configure and test system functionality, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new SAP HCM functionalities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance
