Location: Kiel, Germany
Role type: Remote
Language: German (C2), English
Job Description:
Experience Level : 5-10 Years
Candidate will be the primary ITOP for SAP HCM supported by the team from offshore as secondary ITOPs.
Your working area & responsibilities
- Resolve production issues reported by business users within predefined SLA.
- Document recommended solution for recurring issues
- Reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements
- Suggest solution / workarounds in the application.
Your skillset
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM
- Strong understanding of interface design and creation of SAP specifications including bug fixing and SAP debugging
- Proven expertise in configuring HCM modules and supporting SAP landscapes
- Experience of working in highly customized SAP environment with connectivity to non-SAP applications in customer IT landscape
- Ability to quickly understand and diagnose existing custom developments
- Experience in banking / financial service projects preferred
- Good communication in English both verbal and written (Optional if proficient in German language)
- Should have good knowledge of SDLC
- Good to have SAP certification
