Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Should have experience of SAP HCM functional with sub-modules Personal Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
  • SAP position maintenance.
  • Should have knowledge of external hiring process, offboarding in SAP HR process.
  • Good knowledge of Vendor management systems like Fieldglass or Magnit.
  • Testing experience of overall HR flow of external employee hiring, rehiring, contract extension, and termination.
  • Should be able to understand integrations flow from SAP to different third-party systems.
  • Security vetting is mandatory for the candidate.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Experience in Vendor management systems SaaS-based systems.
  • Experience in various integration methods.
