Description:
WE HELP THE WORLD RUN BETTER
At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best. Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.
Responsibilities:
Ideally, you will work as a working student for more than 6 months and actively support the training department in realizing the wide range of activities at the Potsdam site. After an induction period, you will take on responsibilities in the following areas:

- Recruiting: You will learn how to organize information events and assist with applicant management and the onboarding of Vocational Training students.
- Marketing: Here you will get an overview of our marketing activities including our social media presence and you will organize and prepare events as well as follow up on them, including student events, information events, trade fairs, holiday internships, Girl’s Day, etc.
- Innovation: You can support the process automation to reduce organisational and administrative tasks (e.g. by using the tool Microsoft Power Automate) and create templates for standardized training processes
In addition, you will get to know many of our dual students and apprentices and if you wish, you can also get involved in your own projects
