• South African citizens/residents are preferred.

• 2+ years experience

ROLE:

• SAP Archiving
• Configuration
• Job scheduling
• Monitoring & Support
• Content repositories management
• Create Logical & physical Content Repositories
• Exchange Certificates for Content Repositories
• Final deletion of data out of retention
• Release management STMS/Charm
• Database Growth Analysis
• Info structure Management
• Assistance in training users (where relevant) on archive document retrieval
• Upgrade testing (Archiving and Storage)
• Run Pre and Post Processing Programs (As Required)
• Research/resolve/re-run failed archive sessions
• Respond to Business & Audit Requests
• Resolve storage problems with HPE
• Job monitoring when servers go down (ticket logging, job stop, monitoring)
• Research SAP Note and apply SAP notes
