POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP iMRO Consultant to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP iMRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) modules and extensive experience in implementing and customizing SAP solutions for MRO processes. The Senior SAP iMRO Consultant will play a crucial role in leading SAP iMRO projects, providing expert guidance, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of SAP iMRO solutions for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP iMRO modules, including implementation, customization, and support.
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP iMRO implementation projects, delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms, with in-depth knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM) modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP iMRO modules, including but not limited to Technical Records, Task Cards, Maintenance Planning, and Warranty Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and build strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach to project management and team coordination.
• Certification in SAP iMRO or related SAP modules is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is a plus.

• Lead SAP iMRO implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Analyze and assess client business processes related to MRO operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization through SAP iMRO solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external partners, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Design and configure SAP iMRO modules to meet client-specific needs, including but not limited to maintenance planning, work order management, inventory management, and procurement.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate SAP iMRO functionality and ensure system integrity and performance.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and support teams, enabling them to effectively utilize SAP iMRO solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution, working closely with SAP support and development teams when necessary.
• Stay current with SAP iMRO updates, releases, and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on our clients’ MRO operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations, to support business development efforts.
