For our SAP division, we are looking for SAP In-House PDM/PLM Consultant.
This is a full-time position which can be based in one of our locations: Ettlingen in Germany, Porto in Portugal or Fällanden in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Act as project team member or work stream lead with reporting line to SAP Manager Logistics&Operations
• Implement SAP solutions (customizing, functional testing, training, etc.) for PDM/PLM and Document Management
• Contribute efficiently to all phases of an SAP implementation project life cycle including documentation
• Consult the global Business community in the Product Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management and related areas like Document Management.
• Drive the Business organization in the definition and the creation of Business Requirements, be accountable for the creation of Solution Proposals
• Design process solutions, create functional specification documents and act as broker between the Business and the Global IT organization
• Align new solutions with your SAP PDM/PLM stakeholders (Subject-Matter experts, SAP Key-Users and external 3rd Party Service Providers)
• Manage and conduct workshops and trainings with SAP Key-Users
• Support and improve existing business operations by solving SAP support tickets (service requests, incidents and minor changes)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Diplom/ Master’s degree
• Adequate qualification in SAP ERP consultancy area
• Ability to manage conflict situations
• Able to provide and receive constructive feedback
• Able to quickly adapt to new situations and to work autonomously
• Assertiveness
• Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
