1. Experience:
   At least 5-7 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with a focus on functional roles.
2. SAP Expertise:
   Deep understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, or others depending on the specific project requirements.
3. Leadership:
   Proven experience leading functional teams, providing guidance, and ensuring project success.
4. Project Management:
   bility to manage complex projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
5. Communication:
   Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand business requirements, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
6. Problem-Solving:
   ffective problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during implementation and ensure project milestones are met.
7. Analytical Skills:
   Ability to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design SAP solutions to meet business needs.
8. Adaptability:
   Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and technologies.
9. Certifications:
   Optional, but certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional can be advantageous.
   Candidates with a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and business acumen are highly sought after for SAP Overall Functional Lead roles.
