Description:

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC REQUIREMENTS)

  • 5 or more years of technical experience with SAP FICO.
  • Technical understanding of the accountant flow.
  • Experience with F110 & F111.
  • Technical understanding of the architecture of the environments (i.e., ECC, SSP, S/4 Hana)
  • FI-CO Troubleshooting experience.
  • General understanding of the functional components of the SAP modules (e.g., Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management, Materials Management, Business Warehouse, BPC, FICO, Success Factors, etc)
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to resources within all disciplines (i.e., Functional Consultant, ABAP, Basis, Security, …)
  • Experience leading teams, projects.WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure tickets are assigned and resolved per SLA/OLA for respective domain.
  • Ensure technical quality of services delivered.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for Incident Management, Change Management, etc.
  • Facilitate Major Incident (MI) resolution sessions during bridge conversations.
  • Ensure resources are scheduled to deliver services.
  • Serve as domain’s Client relationship manager in conjunction with Account Run Lead, Account Delivery Lead, and Service Line Leader.
  • Ensure the documentation of applications, processes, and operating procedures.
  • Guarantee access to documentation for the provision of services.
