Join us as a SAP Master Data Management (MDM)/MDG Consultant in a validated environment. Your responsibilities will include developing specifications, configuring systems, defining business processes, and supporting data migration in the pharmaceutical industry. If you have expertise in Master Data Domains, Data Governance, and hands-on experience with SAP MDG, we want to hear from you. Strong communication skills in English and good in German are essential. A proactive mindset and commitment to collaborating in geographically dispersed teams, along with a readiness to travel to client sites as needed, are highly valued.

• Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Specifications (FS), and technical requirements
• Configure system and document configuration according to project standards
• Define and develop Business Process and Workflow requirements
• Participate, coordinate, and conduct requirements gathering sessions, document meeting minutes, findings, decisions, action items from requirements sessions
• Support during scoping and develop functional specifications & confirm developments
• Support data migration, integration tests and perform cut-over
• Data Design and Governance, define data requirements including data definitions, validations, data cleansing rules, deduplication, exception handling rules for MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operation) Materials and Chart of Accounts Master Data Management etc.
• Role definition, design, and assignment
• Key User (KU) and End User (EU) trainings and hypercare support
• Defect tracking using following tools (SOLMAN, HPQC, BISM etc.)
