We are looking for a SAP Payroll/ ECP Senior Consultant to join our growing HCM team. This position focuses on payroll systems and their processes through the deployment and support of Employee Central Payroll - ECP as a Lead Consultant. This role can be fully remote in a WFH setting in Australia, or come and join us in one of our office locations.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- At least five years of relevant experience in implementing SAP payroll solutions
- Experience in payroll configuration
- Expertise and ideally certification in ECP and/or SAP payroll
- Experience in Time and Attendance would be an additional advantage
- Professional and committed to deliver customer satisfaction in challenging environments
- Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)
- Highly organized and able to multi-task competing stakeholder requests
- Innovative mindset to create and improve processes to successfully optimize at-scale

Responsibilities:
- Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients’ processes by analysing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions evaluating current payroll stream
- Work as a member of the team to lead on ECP and/or SAP Payroll implementation and support projects
- Support customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes
- Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timeline
- Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment
- Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution
- Finalise configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut over activities
- Conduct knowledge transfer activities as in training and support for customers for developing their skills.
