For our global PLM Applications team, we are looking for PLM Technical expert who will join us and take responsibility for developing and managing design, identifying and supporting best practices, and fostering the use of the global PLM system. On this position you will have a chance to work with cross functional IT, R&D Design, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing Teams and pursue business process enhancements, improve overall system usage, and provide guidance and support for the continuing evolution of the PLM system within L+G.

Responsibilities:
- Acts as a key IT knowledgeable resource on the operation of the PLM system.
- Supports the engineering change management application (PLM) and processes including process troubleshooting, and impact analysis reviews.
- Operates as IT representative for Engineering PDM business process initiatives.
- Collaborates within IT and with other L+G departments to identify optimizations to business processes to improve user productivity.
- Participates in PDM Advisory Workstream Groups to identify and champion ideas for enhancing PLM productivity and design quality.
- Develops and maintains required PLM process documentation, procedures, and training material.
- Validates approved Change Requests to ensure the technical aspects are implemented correctly and meet stakeholders’ expectations
