QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 5 years’ relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
• 2 years of experience working in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry or with A&D clients
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Production Planning ( PP ) and SAP Materials Management ( MM )
• Implementation experience with SAP APO/Production Planning (PP/DS) or Spare Parts Planning (SPP)
• Experience with SAP Manufacturing Execution (MES), and /or Production Engineering and Operations (PEO)
• Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP Supply Chain implementations , preferably with A&D industry clients
• Workstream lead on at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation
• S4 HANA implementation experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Desired:

• Prior “Big 4” consulting experience
• Experience leading blueprint design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience contributing to pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs
• Implementation experience with SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
• Signavio experience
• Greenfield implementation experience
• Master’s degree
