Our client, a leading global IT service provider,is recruiting for a SAP S/4HANA Ariba- Lead Functional Consultant to join their business in Finland .

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 12-13 years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba
• At least 3 full cycle implementations in SAP Ariba and integration with S/4HANA or SAP ECC
• Ability to work with multilingual and multicultural teams with Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a continuous manufacturing industry preferred
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
• English language fluent, Finnish language desirable

Quoting reference:

• Facilitate the implementation of SAP Ariba and integrate with SAP S/4HANA Procure to Pay and Record to Report modules.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Well averse with SAP Ariba modules such as sourcing, Buying & invoice experience, Supply Chain Collaboration. Well averse with Procurement practices followed globally and able to advise clients on leading practices.
• Needs to have strong knowledge on integration with Procure to Pay module of SAP S/4HANA and the integration middleware such as CIG( cloud integration gateway)
• Well averse about Activate methodology or Fit to standard way of working for implementation and Fiori apps implementation
• Prepare and conduct workshops to collect business requirements or identify delta and define L3-L4 processes.
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements.
• Able to Design, customise, configure and test Ariba processes.
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing of objects.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions cutting across various countries, functional and technical teams offshore.
• Work self-directed and independently.
